Your privacy choices

Use these controls to manage your information or ask Entropy to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete it.

Manage permissions

Music, photo, camera, microphone, notification, and location access can be managed from iOS Settings. In-app controls should explain how each permission affects Entropy.

Make a privacy request

Email privacy@entropy-music.com, preferably from the address associated with your account, and describe the right you want to exercise. You may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, or objection where applicable. Never send a password, passkey, authentication code, government ID, or unnecessary sensitive information by email.

We may ask for limited information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Requests are free of charge, except where the law permits a reasonable fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive. We aim to respond within the period required by law; for GDPR requests, this is generally one month, subject to a permitted extension for complex or numerous requests. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why and describe any available appeal or complaint route.

Object or withdraw consent

You can withdraw an optional permission in iOS Settings and unsubscribe from optional marketing using the message’s unsubscribe control. Where our processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object based on your situation. You always have the right to object to direct marketing.

Complain to a regulator

You may contact the privacy or data-protection authority where you live or work. EEA supervisory authorities are listed by the European Data Protection Board; in the United Kingdom, contact the Information Commissioner's Office; in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial commissioner. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern directly, but you do not have to contact us first.
