Delete your account

Leaving should be as clear as joining. Entropy provides an in-app deletion route, with a privacy-team fallback if you can no longer access the app.

Product dependency: Confirm the final in-app deletion path, backend behavior, verification method, retention exceptions, and processing timeline before publishing.

The final page will document the exact Settings path once the release flow is verified. Deactivation alone does not replace full account deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Contact privacy@entropy-music.com using the address associated with your account when possible. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request, but do not email a password, passkey, authentication code, or unnecessary identity document.

What happens to your data

Deletion removes or anonymizes your profile, account identifiers, posts, uploaded media, social graph, and other personal information from our active systems. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of others. Timing and confirmation

We will acknowledge your request and complete it within [DELETION SLA], unless a legal exception applies. We will send confirmation when processing is complete. For GDPR requests, we generally respond within one month, subject to a lawful extension.
